NCFI is pleased to tell you that our next Quadrennial International Conference will be held in Santiago, Chile, Monday 5th to Saturday 10th November 2012.
We endeavour to hold this conference every four years, in one of our six worldwide regions and for the first time we will be in Latin America. NCFI and its network of Nursing Christian Fellowships (NCFs) are very much looking forward to being in Chile! This Conference follows on from Nigeria in 2008 and Korea in 2004 and is being organised in conjunction with our Latin American fellowship partners, ACEMACH of Chile, UCEA of Argentina and CECEC of Colombia.
The Conference theme is "PARTNERS IN CARE Unity in diversity through Christ". Our keynote speaker, opening the conference, is Patricia Benner, Professor Emerita at the University of California, San Francisco. She will be joined by other speakers, who include Pastor Raquel Contreras, Dr Kamalini Kumar, Professor Emeritus Nelly Garzon, Professor Barbara Parfitt and Dr Susie Kim. This conference will take place in both English and Spanish languages.

NCFI and over 30 Nursing Christian Fellowships (NCFs) work with a number of worldwide organisations, involved in Christian healthcare, throughout the world. Two of these groups will be giving presentations, immediately before and during the conference. International Health Services (www.internationalhealthservices.org) will be offering the "International Saline" training programme Saturday 3rd to Monday 5th November. Further details can be obtained from www.ncfi.org. PRIME International (www.prime-international.org.uk ) will be giving presentations during the conference.
