Bringing Jesus Christ to Nurses Worldwide
The Purpose of NCF INTERNATIONAL is to bring the Lord Jesus Christ to nursing world-wide. This will include:
- Promoting International communication between nurses and National Fellowships
- Working with Regional and National Committees to promote the development of new local and national fellowships
- Encouraging development of existing National Fellowships and their leadership
- Communicating Jesus Christ and Christian principles in the International Professional Nursing Arena
- Facilitating teaching which brings Biblical foundations to nursing education, practice, management and research
Doctrinal Basis of NCF International shall consist of the essential beliefs of Christianity including:
- 1 - The unity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit in the Godhead.
- 2 - The Person of the Lord Jesus Christ as very God, of one substance with the Father, and very Man, born of the Virgin Mary.
- 3 - The Divine Inspiration and supreme authority of the Holy Scriptures in all matters of faith and conduct.
- 4 - The guilt and depravity of human nature in consequence of the Fall.
- 5 - The substitutionary Death of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Resurrection, as the only way of salvation from sin through repentance and faith.
- 6 - The necessity for the New Birth by the Holy Spirit and his indwelling in the believer for sanctification.
- 7 - The Personal Return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Judgement to come.
